Pin specific objects or group of objects to a specific point in the viewport. This allows you to keep these objects, such as the nav bar, to always be visible on the canvas, regardless of where the user scrolls on the canvas. Note: Pinned objects do not currently work on full-height embedded experiences; only standalone experience and scrolling embedded experiences.

CASE STUDY 2
CASE STUDY 1
Multiteria was called in to create and furnish a new retail dining space in a very short time frame, during peak summer demand, and committed to shipping the complete project for a critical opening date for the university. Multiteria was able to rise to the challenge!
University of Wisconsin - Platteville
The university required a complete redesign of their retail dining space to accomplish their goals of improving utilization of space with a high end counter design.
The goal
The university had a extremely tight timeline to meet their goal of a complete redesign of their retail dining space. The design required flexible equipment options that would provide a wide array of different menu items on a daily basis.
The challenge
Multiteria was able to manufacturer this large project in a very short time frame, during peak summer demand, and committed to shipping the complete project in order to maintain a critical opening date for the university. The design was complex; having numerous curved counter sections and a 75’ diameter Mongolian Grill station positioned in the middle of the serving area. Counter sections were delivered to the site, blanket wrapped on air ride trailers, which greatly minimized transport related damage and significantly reduced the number of punch list items for the consultant. Multiteria also provided installation assistance and field supervision to the building trades to help with the completion and secure the overall success of the project.
The Multiteria solution
PHASE 1 Multiteria’s serving lines design transformation was amazing and the students were very excited about the new look. Not something you normally hear from students! The presentation of product is enhanced with beautiful under-lighting. The transition was easy and the employees bought into the new concept quickly, taking great pride in it. Participation increased about 100 students per day! Many vendors, directors and even a Congressman have visited the new look of the facility and the universal response has been “Wow!” PHASE 2 The project went from concept to completion in 5 months with modular pieces that can be moved to different locations and traffic rails designed to match the décor.
PHASE 1 The school had about a 55% participation rate and required a full remodel/replacement of existing outdated serving lines. The school needed a new retail concept that provided design flexibility to replace the outdated existing serving line. PHASE 2 The school wanted a modular retail concept for an under-utilized lobby space. The Director at Harrison High School wanted to put a retail concept in the main lobby of the high school. The goal was to increase participation in their breakfast programs, and to also use the concept as an additional lunch venue, for after school activities or even events in the auditorium.
Harrison High required a multi-phased project to accomplish their goals of increasing participation rates and improving utilization of space.
The design addressed the four key elements of merchandising; Elevation, Color, Contrast and Mood and provided a finished design and a “wow” factor was achieved.

Multiteria designed a high end functional and aesthetically designed buffet for this healthcare facility. Moving forward resident feeding will continue to be addressed in innovative fashions in non-traditional facilities. Multiteria provided the flexibility to create non-obtrusive fixtures that delight the population. Solid surface counter tops and minimalist case work allowed the foodservice components to “disappear” in the room, while highlighting any food that was to be displayed.
The FSD needed to provide an attractive multi-purpose station in his upscale LTC DR. It had to quickly morph from buffet to cooking demo site to limited mobility feeding to operator serve feeding. We were challenged with cramming an entire cafeteria plus all of the above into a short counter that would blend into an upscale space, while blending it to look like a piece of fine furniture.
The healthcare facility needed an attractive multi-purpose buffet to fit in their upscale LTC Dr. The modular countertop appliances selected were key to the design and required prewiring of all the various outlets to a single point connection to allow for maximum flexibility.

Facebook loved Multiteria’s subway-inspired design. Multiteria even matched paint colors and typefaces from actual NYC subway stations. Not only were Facebook’s executives and chefs extremely satisfied, but their employees love them too!
Multiteria was looking at a deadline of 100 days to design, approve, build, deliver & install. The Design Criteria (both functional and aesthetic) was as follows: • Each station featured a unique menu theme that required specific functionality • Iconic design, capturing the essence and energy of the city • Neighborhood/community vibe • Relatable for employees Approvals Required: • Facebook Executive Chefs • Facebook Facilities Design Team
Facebook wanted to add four “authentically NY” food stations to accentuate foodservice operations in their New York, NY headquarters.
Social media giant Facebook needed four “authentically NY” food stations to accentuate foodservice operations in their New York, NY headquarters.
Facebook - New York City
After several planning sessions with Galyn, Multiteria worked out a new traffic flow and and they ordered TWO double sided 5 well hot food stations. This eliminated the 15 minute wait. Hot food is now being served when the guest picks up a heated plate from a heated plate dispenser, significantly escalating the guest experience.
The conference center recognized the need to upgrade the guest dining experience, as currently guests were standing in line for over 15 minutes to get to the buffet area. The counters needed to appear high end to compliment the business that increased significantly when he arrived as director.
The Director of the conference center inherited a buffet of 15 chafing dishes with lift off lids. He recognized that the highlight of a guest staying at the Center was the meal period. Looking for a solution to this challenge he did his research and decided he wanted hot and cold food served in a farm to table menu.
This retail dining space needed new food stations to enhance their cafe and solve their traffic flow challenges.
